Transition Phase

Time to Release

While every project is different, the Transition phase does not begin until all development is complete and the focus is on delivering the system into production for your organization. End-of-lifecycle testing and fixing, data and user migration, training end users, and communicating deployment plans are all parts of the Transition phase.

High visibility systems may require extensive beta testing by small groups before release to a larger consumer base. A less complex corporate website, however, could be as simple as copying files to a server and making available to the public. The amount of time spent during this phase varies greatly from project to project.

We will work with you to identify exactly what your project needs to be considered complete.

In our eyes, a project is not done until the customer is 100% satisfied with the finished product.

"Release to Production."
